Returns:
Our policy is to grant you the right to return any product you buy in vipventas.es within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of order.
The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging. For items that require assembly, we will only accept if they have not been assembled or used. We will only accept the return of products that are not in their original condition if the merchandise is defective, damaged or in poor condition, provided that the damage is attributable to the manufacturing, transport or shipping process.
How to return an item?
Please make sure that the item is properly packed.
If the product suffers damage due to not being well protected, we will not accept the return.
Once the product has been received in our warehouses and its condition has been checked, we will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase price.
Defective, spoiled or erroneous shipping products:
If the product is damaged, in poor condition or is not what you ordered, contact us.
You can do it through your purchase, by email to the info@vipventas.es indicating your order number or by calling 600 064 064 from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Refund Policy:
Once verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we proceed to refund the amount. The refund will always be made using the same method you used in the purchase: PayPal, credit card.
Calculation of refunds If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received an erroneous product or in poor condition, we will take care of the shipping costs originated in the return of the product.
All other returns When the return is for other reasons, provided that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, the refund will be equivalent to the amount of the returned product. In this case, only the collection costs originated in the return are borne by the customer.
Product Warranty:
The warranty period of our products, according to current Spanish legislation, is three years from the date of delivery. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, we will opt for the replacement of the article or the refund of its amount in the legally established terms.
